What happens to my file?
Before you sign in, Cymple reads your file to pick the right analysis. We keep your question and a short note on why that analysis fit, so we can see what people ask. If we ask you a question about your data, it may mention your column names. When you sign in and run it, your file is saved to your account so you can run the analysis again next month. Like any website, our servers log basic connection details such as your IP address.
What do I get?
One of two things, depending on your question: a quick answer from your data, or a tested statistical method with charts and a written report that names the method.
Can I run it again?
Yes. Next month's file goes through the same analysis. With tested methods, the same data gives the same numbers.
Who is Cymple?
Cymple is the name and voice of this product. Cymple is a character, not a person. A person reads every email sent to [email protected].
What if I need something built just for me?
Ask us for a custom report. We quote it separately, so it is not part of the monthly price.
